Underage Alcohol Possession

We will NOT let your mistake as a young person ruin your future opportunities as an adult.

One of the most common criminal citations handed out in Panama City is the underage possession of alcohol ticket.  It is important to note that THIS IS A CRIMINAL TICKET!

So often, young vacationers don't realize that when they agree to pay this ticket they are pleading guilty to a crime and they are establishing a permanent criminal record, which will follow them for the rest of their lives.

DON'T PAY THIS TICKET BEFORE CALLING TOM HUTTON!  Tom can take steps to keep this criminal possession charge from being permanently attached to your record, which can jeopardize future school and job opportunities.

Many very good employers will ask on a standard job application if you've ever been convicted of a crime.  If a young person simply pays this criminal ticket then he or she will have been convicted and there will be a PERMANENT CRIMINAL RECORD that any employer will have full access to.

While some employers will not care about an alcohol conviction, some will.  And do you really want to limit your future opportunities to these companies?  Don't let your mistake as a young person ruin your future opportunities as an adult.

Call our office and let us wipe this arrest from your record and save your future opportunities.
